Thanks for posting...I knew about the antioxidants many of these, but some are new to me, like artichokes and beans.

ReplyDeleteCinnamon, avocados, extra virgin olive oil and garlic are some other ones. If you are into learning about anti-oxidant rich foods, check out the book Super Foods RX. I read it several years ago and it really changed my overall perspective on food and helped me to incorporate more anti-oxidant rich foods in my cooking. ReplyDeleteOh, and another thought - Jabet, you know that salad dressing I make that you like (with oranges, balsalmic, dijon, and olive oil) - it came from SuperFoodsRX! It is actually the dressing for a bean salad lettuce wrap recipe but I think it is great on regular salads too.
